Senior Registration Associate

We are seeking a Vendor Registration Officer to manage and oversee registration and prequalification processes with major government and semi-government entities in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a strong understanding of vendor portals such as ADNOC, ADERP, SEHA, ENEC, and other authorities, ensuring timely submissions, compliance, and successful approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end vendor registration and prequalification processes with ADNOC, ADERP, SEHA, ENEC, and other government entities.
• Prepare, review, and submit required documentation including trade licenses, ISO certificates, technical submissions, financials, and compliance reports.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of registration requirements, policies, and compliance frameworks.
• Monitor validity of company documents, certificates, and registrations; ensure renewals are done on time.
• Liaise with internal departments (accounts, HR, operations, technical) to gather required supporting documents.
• Maintain vendor portals and update company profiles as needed.
• Track status of applications, follow up with authorities, and resolve any queries or discrepancies.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports on registration progress and approvals for management.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC ICV, health & safety, quality, and sustainability requirements where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in vendor registration and prequalification with government/semi-government entities in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC, ADERP, SEHA, and other portal processes.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements: HSE, ICV certification, ISO documentation.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
