Organization Unit Purpose

Corporate & Institutional Banking respectively cater to the requirements of Large Corporates including GRE’s, Mid-Market Corporates, Multinational Companies and High Net worth Individuals, whilst contributing to the Bank’s growth and profitability.


Job Purpose

Main purpose of the role is to solicit new business to the Bank and manage a portfolio of real estate related corporate clients under the supervision of Unit Head, which requires you to offer tailor made solutions to meet clients financing requirements and cross sell other banking solutions across trade finance, cash management, global markets and treasury, investment banking, cross border business referral and retail banking.


Job Content

New to Bank relationships

  • Job Holder must market new to bank and new to product opportunities thereby resulting in new revenue streams to ENBD Bank.

Revenue

  • Job Holder has to generate fund & fee-based revenue from new and existing relationships by offering financing solutions to suit customer’s requirements.

Balance Sheet

  • Job Holder has to contribute towards improvement to Assets (Loan solutions) and Liabilities (Liability solutions)

Cross Sell

  • Cross sell other banking products and solutions thereby enhancing the overall return to the bank.

Risk mitigation

  • Ensure that transactions are well structured and documented to prevent any credit losses

Education

  • Bachelor’s qualification
  • Master qualification
  • Other qualifications related to accounting, finance, and banking.

Experiences

  • More than 10 years in various aspects of banking
  • Corporate Banking experience across diverse industries and at least 5 year experience in UAE.
  • Result and customer oriented with Excellent performance.

Knowledge & Skills

Wholesale and Corporate banking products/ services with special expertise in trade, supply chain and receivable financing. Banking operations, Business and analytical skills, cross selling, ability to run the business and team management.
