Senior Relationship Manager

§ Actively promote and sell residential, commercial, and off-plan properties developed by the company.

§ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.

§ Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.

§ Ensure that lead generation campaigns by marketing team are successfully well utilized and converted to sales.

§ Regularly Visit the brokerage offices to understand their needs and brief them on the company projects.

§ Maintain a cordial relationship with brokers, brokerage firms and agents to brief them on the company and the projects.

§ Coordinate and liaise with the clients and finance department to ensure timely payment collections.

§ Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective buyers.

§ Provide clients with detailed information on property features, prices, payment plans, and legal requirements.

§ Maintain regular communication with clients and support them through the sales process from deal closure till project handover.

§ In reporting add a point about record keeping on the leads they have been assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
