Senior Relationship Manager (Arabic Speaker)

We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join our expanding team. This high-impact role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong network of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and a proven ability to convert relationships into revenue.

You will lead client acquisition and retention efforts across the MENA region, leveraging deep industry knowledge to offer tailored solutions in online trading and financial services. The ideal candidate combines market insight, business development acumen, and elite relationship management to drive consistent growth and elevate the client experience.

Requirements:

  • +4 years of experience in client acquisition, relationship management, or business development in FX, CFD trading, or financial brokerage firms.
  • Proven track record of acquiring, managing, and retaining HNW clients within financial services or trading environments.
  • Deep understanding of FX markets, online trading platforms, and the competitive brokerage landscape.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consultative selling skills, with executive presence and confidence in high-level conversations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – self-starter, goal-oriented, and comfortable with a performance-driven culture.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CFA, CFTe) is a plus.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required; English proficiency is essential for cross-regional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow and manage a high-value client portfolio, leveraging your professional network to generate consistent new business opportunities.
  • Build lasting partnerships with HNWIs, ensuring personalized support, portfolio guidance, and a seamless trading experience.
  • Achieve and exceed commercial targets, including revenue growth, AUM expansion, and active client acquisition metrics.
  • Identify and tap into emerging markets, strategic partnerships, and referral pipelines to expand regional footprint.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, conducting in-depth needs assessments and recommending bespoke trading solutions and investment strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Compliance) to enhance the end-to-end client journey, from onboarding to portfolio growth.
  • Represent at industry conferences, networking events, and client gatherings to enhance brand authority and attract high-value clients.
  • Maintain impeccable records of client interactions and comply with regulatory and internal reporting standards.
  • Stay abreast of financial markets, FX products, and global trading trends to provide insights that support client decisions.
