The Senior Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing financial advice, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling financial products and services. The Senior RM will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Provide financial advice and develop financial plans tailored to client needs.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling financial products and services.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and provide ongoing support.
  • Stay up-to-date on financial markets and industry trends.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Manage and resolve client issues and complaints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive client solutions.
  • Participate in business development activities and networking events.
