Job Overview
Independently design research projects, execute, and deliver tracking dips for Key accounts and resolve client queries with minimal supervision of line manager.
Responsibilities and Duties
Research – Project Planning & Proposal Development
· Review client’s Research Brief & coordinate with the client for any clarifications or inputs required.
· Design sampling framework.
· Coordinate & negotiate with Project Management team for project cost & timelines.
· Develop research proposals based on the Research Brief & clarifications/discussions with the client.
· Coordinate with the client for any inputs on the proposal & finalize the proposal accordingly.
Research – Questionnaire Design
· Coordinate with the client for any inputs required to update the questionnaires.
· Update bilingual Questionnaires using Q-Lib / MS Word.
· Coordinate with the client for any inputs/feedback on the bilingual Questionnaires and finalize the Questionnaire accordingly.
· Coordinate with the Project Management team & client for development & finalization of English & Urdu scripts.
Research – Project Set-up & Execution
· Prepare & finalize field Master Kit documents in coordination with the Project Management team.
· Conduct Master Briefing Session to train field team.
· Supervise & monitor Interviewer Briefing & Mock sessions and Fieldwork Execution.
· Understand & Resolve queries raised by Project Management Team, Field Team & other functions.
· Coordinate with the Project Management team for monitoring of Quality Control Procedures & Outputs.
· Ensure the project is conducted as per the protocols & client expectations.
· Ensure the project is conducted as per the committed timelines.
Research – Analysis & Report Writing
· Prepare & finalize analysis plan in coordination with the Project Management.
· Coordinate with the Project Management team to finalize the data file.
· Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business questions & requirements.
· Develop a project report containing the research findings.
· Coordinate with the client for any inputs/feedback on the report and finalize the report accordingly.
· Present the report to the client.
Client Management
· Develop a healthy working relationship with the client.
· Understand the industry dynamics & client business.
· Understand the various team members in the client team & communicate/coordinate accordingly.
· Communicate and coordinate with the client at various stages of the projects as detailed above.
· Handle simple client project queries regarding research inputs and outputs.
· Coordinate with seniors to handle complex client queries regarding research inputs & outputs.
Research – Financial Management
· Coordinate with the Finance Team for Project recording, formalities, initiation & Invoicing.
· Coordinate with Client on timely payments of invoices, project renewals and POs.
QUALIFICATION / CAPABILITIES
· Completed Post Graduation – Degree in Business Administration, preferably but not limited to marketing.
· Minimum of 1 - 2 year of work experience in the research industry.
· Analytical ability with proven numeracy skills.
· Computer literacy – proficiency in MS Office.
· Business writing skills.
· Presentation skills.
· Basic commercial skills (cost and time management).
· Strong attention to detail.
· Marketing knowledge and a thorough understanding of marketing research principles.
· Open to travelling across the country for briefings & fieldwork accompaniment
