About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Resident Engineer to oversee and manage the execution of a G+7 building project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in UAE construction projects, strong technical knowledge, and proven leadership skills to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all construction activities on-site for G+7 building projects.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, quality standards, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare progress reports, inspection reports, and other documentation as required.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and progress.
• Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to the project team.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and budget.
• Mentor and manage junior engineers and site staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience as a Resident Engineer or similar role in UAE.
• Proven track record with G+7 or higher-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
