Senior Residential Interior Designer/Project Manager

High-End Residential Interior Design Firm is looking to fill a Senior Residential Interior Designer/ Project Manager position. Candidate MUST have 3-5 years prior experience managing projects independently in the interior design field in a senior position. The ideal candidate will have a distinct design sensibility and be extremely organized, highly self-motivated, experienced in managing multiple projects and an excellent communicator.

The Ideal Candidate:

• will have experience managing a project from design development through installation
• will have experience designing, drawing and producing custom furniture, millwork and lighting

Responsibilities will include:

• preparing for and attending client and site meetings
• creating and maintaining budgets and project schedules
• sourcing materials and furniture that are cohesive to the design aesthetic of the project
• creating furniture plans and drawings for custom furniture and lighting.
• coordinating and managing outside vendors for installations
• generating of purchase orders and invoices
• placing and following up on orders
• generating of purchase orders and invoices

Requirements:

• AutoCad
• Adobe Create Suite
• MS Office
• Studio Designer (or similar program)
• eligibility to work in the US

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
