About The Role
We are currently seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for building scalable systems, improving pipeline visibility, and ensuring operational excellence across the revenue cycle.
What You'll Do

Partner with GTM leadership to design and implement revenue strategies

Own forecasting, pipeline health, and revenue reporting processes.

Provide support for SQL functions within the revenue operation, ensuring accurate data management and analysis.

Scale the SQL metrics and reporting capabilities to enhance visibility into sales performance and drive data-driven decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the sales cycle and optimise the quote-to-cash process.

Demonstrate a solid understanding of CRM methodologies, leveraging CRM systems (preferably SalesForce) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Develop and implement sales operation best practices, standardising processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, and enabling the commercial team to succeed.

Support the implementation and adoption of sales tools and technologies to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

Support Leadership with board level reporting and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
-
6+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably within the SaaS industry.

Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field.

Proficiency in CRM systems, experience in SalesForce is preferred.

Demonstrated experience supporting sales organisations and driving operational improvements.

Solid understanding of the sales cycle, including lead generation, opportunity management, and deal closure.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
