The Role

Senior RevOps Analyst — HubSpot Specialist Remote / Hybrid | Full-time | PKR 220,000–250,000/month + Annual Performance Bonus

You'll own client engagements end to end — from audits and architecture through to activation and reporting. You'll act as the technical HubSpot lead, manage multiple engagements simultaneously, and work directly with the founders on strategy and delivery.

This is hands-on. This is client-facing. This is yours to own.

What You'll Own

HubSpot Implementation — Pipelines, properties, workflows, sequences, reporting. Built right, from scratch. RevOps Audits — Diagnose CRM health and data quality issues. Translate findings into clear action plans. Automation & Integrations — Multi-system workflows across HubSpot, Zapier, and the full GTM stack. Reporting & Dashboards — Pipeline, attribution, and performance views that leadership actually uses. Client Delivery — Scoping, execution, updates, documentation. You own the outcome. GTM Strategy — Lead routing, lifecycle architecture, and ICP segmentation for B2B clients.

You're a Fit If You...

Have 3–6 years in RevOps, CRM admin, or a GTM systems role — with HubSpot as your primary tool

Can run a full HubSpot implementation independently, from scoping to go-live

Look at a messy CRM and immediately know what's broken and why

Can translate complex technical work into plain language for non-technical stakeholders

Are comfortable owning multiple client projects at once without hand-holding

Know your way around Zapier, Clay, Salesforce, or ClickUp

Hold HubSpot certifications (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, or CRM Implementation preferred)
