Senior Road / Transportation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Road / Transportation Engineer to lead and manage complex road and transportation infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, planning, and project management, with proven leadership skills and expertise in international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership:
• Lead the design and development of major road and transportation projects.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
• Design & Technical Expertise:
• Prepare and review detailed designs for highways, urban roads, and transportation systems using advanced engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MX Road).
• Conduct traffic analysis, feasibility studies, and safety audits.
• Quality & Compliance:
• Ensure all designs comply with local and international standards (AASHTO, ASTM, BS, etc.).
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation for approvals.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and government authorities.
• Provide technical guidance during project execution and resolve complex issues.
• Project Management:
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for multiple projects.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery within quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in road and transportation projects.
• Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MX Road, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of traffic engineering principles and road safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
