Senior ROR Developer

We’re looking for a skilled Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications with a focus on performance and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby on Rails code.
• Develop APIs and integrate third-party services and applications.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design cohesive, functional code.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle – from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and overall application quality.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Ruby on Rails and web development.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.

Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and MVC architecture.

Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, Sidekiq, and Active Record.Proficient understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like React or Vue.js (a plus).

Familiarity with RESTful API development and JSON.Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Heroku, etc.).

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: Rs240,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
