Summary

We’re seeking a proven SaaS sales professional to help take Axonify’s growth in the Middle East to the next level.

This is a role for someone who loves building from the ground up , shaping the sales motion, creating new pipeline, and opening doors with senior decision-makers in complex, multi-stakeholder organisations.

You’ll be supported by Biz Group’s established client base and market reputation, but you’ll have the autonomy to own the full sales cycle : from prospecting and solution-crafting to negotiation and close.

The goal? Win new logos and drive meaningful ARR growth in a market that’s just beginning to understand the potential of Axonify.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Pipeline Creation: Identify and engage new enterprise prospects across the region.
  2. Consultative Selling: Lead strategic conversations that uncover business challenges and position Axonify as the solution.
  3. Opportunity Management: Own deals end-to-end through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  4. Market Development: Build relationships with key industry networks, partners, and influencers.
  5. Sales Excellence: Maintain accurate forecasting, track performance, and continuously refine the sales approach.
  6. Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth handover and client success.

Performance & Impact

Achieves or exceeds new ARR target (~$1M+). Builds a strong, repeatable pipeline within 6 months.

Sales Mastery

Demonstrates advanced consultative selling skills; runs complex deals confidently and strategically.

Client Relationships

Builds trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and expands Biz Group’s footprint across multiple industries.

Market Presence

Actively represents Biz Group & Axonify in the region; becomes known as a credible voice in the frontline enablement space.


Must-haves:

  • 3+ years closing mid-market/enterprise SaaS in the region (or similar markets).
  • Evidence of new logo wins and multi-threaded deals (share 2–3 recent wins with Actual Contract Value, sales cycle, stakeholders).
  • Fluent in Salesforce and modern sales tooling; crisp written comms (send a sample recap email or Close Plan).


Nice-to-haves:

  • Frontline operations domain (Retail/QSR, Aviation, Manufacturing or HSE).
  • Arabic language;
  • GCC selling experience.
