Senior Safety Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Safety Engineer to manage safety programs across our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and international safety standards, while promoting a culture of health and safety throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead incident investigations, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Organize and deliver safety training sessions for staff and subcontractors.
• Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards and permit-to-work systems.
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, including safety plans, audits, and inspection reports.
• Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to integrate safety into all project phases.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety performance and culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Safety Officer: 5 years (Required)
• Construction: 5 years (Required)
