Senior Safety Officer

A Senior Safety Officer develops, implements, and enforces health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies to ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001) and a zero-incident culture. Key duties include leading risk assessments, conducting audits, investigating incidents, mentoring junior staff, and managing emergency preparedness to maintain safe working conditions.

• Compliance & Strategy: Develop and enforce site-specific safety plans, procedures, and risk control measures while adhering to local regulations and international standards.
• Inspections & Risk Management: Conduct daily site inspections, high-level audits, job safety analyses (JSAs), and hazard identifications to recommend corrective actions.
• Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into accidents, near-misses, and serious incidents, producing detailed reports and preventive measures.
• Training & Culture: Lead safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training programs for staff, subcontractors, and visitors to promote a proactive safety culture.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate, updated records of safety statistics, inspections, and training.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
