Senior Sales Manager – Real Estate
Location: Gulberg, Lahore
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role
Our client, a reputable real estate development company based in Gulberg, Lahore, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and develop strong relationships with investors, clients, and business partners.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate sales, a proven ability to achieve sales targets, and strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve organizational sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, brokers, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Drive lead generation, sales conversions, and customer retention initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to support campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure a professional and exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate and close high-value transactions while maintaining profitability objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or property marketing.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
- Well-established network within the real estate industry will be a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting, and Microsoft Office applications.
