Senior Sales Account Manager – ELV (Light Current)

If you’ve built real revenue with System Integrators in the UAE , not just “quotes and follow-up” this role is for you.


We’re expanding our UAE ELV distribution business and looking for a Senior Sales Account Manager who understands the ELV market end-to-end: Structured Cabling Systems, Data Center solutions, CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Systems, Intercom, Networking, and AV, and knows how System Integrators in the UAE buy, bid, and deliver.


What you’ll own

• Build and grow a portfolio of top System Integrators across the UAE

• Drive opportunities from lead → qualification → commercial offer → closing → collection

• Create demand with SI teams (Project Managers, Presales, Procurement) and position the right solution stack

• Maintain strong pipeline discipline and forecasting using CRM

• Hit growth targets through a field-first approach: meetings, site visits, relationship building, and consistent market coverage


What we’re looking for

• Strong experience in B2B distribution sales to System Integrators in ELV / security networking

• Solid technical awareness of ELV solutions , enough to sell properly, influence specifications, and avoid wrong-fit proposals

• Proven track record of winning projects, not just generating activity

• Strong negotiation, commercial sense, and stakeholder management

• English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage
