Senior Sales Agent – Remote Truck Dispatch (US Campaign)

We are seeking a high-energy, experienced Sales Agent to join our growing remote truck dispatch team. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and onboarding US-based carriers and owner-operators. The ideal candidate has a "closer" mentality and a deep understanding of the North American logistics market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute daily sales plans to consistently hit monthly onboarding targets.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to carriers, expertly negotiate dispatch fees, and secure signed service agreements.
  • Confidently navigate industry-specific objections related to rates, load availability, and dispatching quality.
  • Maintain a clean CRM pipeline with accurate follow-ups and conversion tracking.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of proven sales success specifically in US Truck Dispatching.
  • Fluent English with a clear accent and the ability to build rapport with American drivers.
  • Strong ability to "close" on the first call and handle pricing discussions effectively.

Remote Work Requirements

  • High-speed, stable fiber-optic internet connection.
  • Quiet, professional home office setup with a backup power solution (UPS/Generator).
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and specialized dialer software.
