Senior Sales Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Sales Analyst to join our dynamic Sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and supporting the Head of Sales in budgeting, costing, and decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Compile, analyze, and interpret internal and external sales data to forecast market trends.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Review historical sales performance to identify productivity patterns and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate third-party market data to benchmark best practices and sales success strategies.
• Support the Head of Sales in budgeting, costing, and administrative processes.
• Present insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards (HSSE).

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales analysis, business analytics, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint .
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Team-oriented and proactive approach.

Desirable:

• Experience in FMCG or the water/beverage industry .
• Working knowledge of SAP .
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
