Senior Sales & Marketing Executive – KRAs
- Client Acquisition & Business Development – Drive new client acquisition through leads, references, and networking to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Revenue Growth – Consistently achieve and exceed sales revenue goals as per company objectives.
- Client Relationship Management – Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Market Expansion – Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand Rednirus Digital Media’s footprint in pharma B2B services.
- Lead Conversion – Effectively convert inbound and outbound leads into paying customers through consultative selling.
- Sales Planning & Reporting – Prepare sales forecasts, maintain CRM records, and provide weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
- Marketing Campaign Support – Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads.
- Competitor & Market Analysis – Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to recommend strategies for growth.
- Team Collaboration – Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, content, design, operations) to ensure smooth project execution for clients.
- Customer Satisfaction & Retention – Ensure timely resolution of client issues, maintain high service standards, and build brand loyalty.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
