This role is about guiding prospects through the decision journey — from curiosity to serious intent. You’ll be the first strong voice they interact with, the person who shapes their perception of the brand and the possibilities ahead.
A Sales Consultant here doesn’t sell hard. They understand, advise, clarify, and elevate the conversation. Your consultations set the stage for the closers to step in and complete the deal, making you a key pillar in the brand’s growth engine.
What You’ll Do (Your Impact)
Client Discovery & Needs Analysis
Engage with inbound leads, understand their lifestyle aspirations, investment goals, and time horizons.
Ask the right questions to separate browsers from serious buyers.
Consultation Calls & Pre-Sales Guidance
Manage daily consultations, share project stories, explain USPs, and identify the right match from our portfolio.
Bring clarity to clients who are exploring second homes or weekend investments for the first time.
Virtual Walkthroughs & Project Presentations
Host virtual tours in a warm, confident tone — making clients feel informed and excited.
Address queries proactively and lay the emotional + logical foundation for the eventual close.
Lead Qualification & Pipeline Prep
Prepare clean, sharp, ready-to-close pipelines for the Senior RA.
Document every interaction in CRM with accuracy, insights, and next steps.
Support the Closing Team
Coordinate client calls, assist with pricing discussions setup, schedule site visits, and bring timely updates.
Ensure a smooth handover to the closing manager with complete context.
