Role Description: 

Town Writers is looking for an experienced and rational Property Consultant to assist clients with property decisions. You will be responsible for contacting clients and offering them consultation via phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings. Also, you should be able to conduct thorough research on available properties before advising clients on the same.

Responsibilities: 

• Make his role as a sales call, follow up with clients, make sights visits, meetings with developers and reservations units.
• Privet ads on social media on behave of our company to generate potential clients.
• Help clients buy or sell properties.
• Visiting clients and going on site visits.
• Answering client questions and handling objections.
• Supporting team members especially his partner.
• Representing the company in his appearance and behaviour.
• Follow his team leader plan to achieve sales goals & team goals.

Requirements & Skills: 

• Experience in Real Estate is a MUST.
• Excellent knowledge of Real Estate.
• Very Good Negotiation Skills
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor Degree.
• Owning a car ( Preferred ).
