A. Role Identifier Job Title Sr.Sales Engg – Cold Storage Reporting to Director / CEO Industry Engineering Services Location Lalkothi, Tonk Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan C. Responsibilities • Identify and target potential clients such as restaurants, supermarkets, food processing plants, and warehouses. • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and customer visits. • Conduct market mapping, gather competitor insights, and expand business opportunities. • Prepare costing, equipment selection, quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts. • Manage the complete sales cycle – lead generation to order closure and payment collection. • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Provide technical presentations and explain product benefits to clients. • Collaborate with technical, installation, and service teams for smooth execution of projects. • Maintain long-term customer relationships ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. • Collect market intelligence and provide insights to management for strategy building. D. Qualification / Experience Preferrable Degree Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration Engineering. Experience 5–8 years of sales experience in cold storage, industrial refrigeration, or related industries. Skills Strong technical understanding of cold storage systems, refrigeration units, insulation, and temperature control. Knowledge of cold storage, blast freezers, and prefabricated cold rooms. Preference Existing network in the food, pharma, or logistics industry. Experience in B2B industrial sales. Salary ₹8–10 LPA (open for deserving candidates) + Incentives
