Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Engineer will drive sales growth by developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical expertise to support power management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of electrical and industrial products, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to deliver customized solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within key industries (utilities, oil & gas, data centers, industrial, etc.).

Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (engineers, project managers, procurement teams).

Provide expert technical guidance on power management products including electrical distribution (switchgear, circuit breakers, UPS systems), power quality & energy storage solutions, and industrial automation & control systems.

Vehicle & eMobility solutions

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical workshops.

Prepare and deliver competitive proposals, including technical specifications and commercial terms.

Analyze customer needs and market trends to position solutions effectively.

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to customize offerings.

Stay updated on industry standards, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Lead technical and commercial discussions for large-scale projects.

Review tender documents, prepare bids, and negotiate contracts.

Work closely with regional and global teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and issue resolution.

Coordinate with service teams for installation, commissioning, and maintenance support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of LV/MV electrical distribution, power quality, and backup power solutions.

More than 5+ years in sales engineering, preferably in power distribution, industrial automation, or energy management.

Ability to translate technical features into business benefits.

Strong relationship-building skills with engineers, contractors, and end-users.

Experience handling tenders, RFQs, and contract negotiations.

Familiarity with leading power management products is a plus.
Soft Skills & Competencies:

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills (English & Arabic preferred).

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Certifications in power systems, project management (PMP), or sales (CSP) are advantageous.
