Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in wood flooring sales, a strong understanding of the market, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets.

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

•⁠ ⁠Negotiate contracts and close deals.

•⁠ ⁠Achieve periodic sales targets.

Qualifications

•⁠ Bachelor’s degree in engineering is a plus (Architecture, interior design, or related field).

•⁠ ⁠3+ years of experience in Wood flooring sales (is a plus) or it can be in Marble & Furnitures.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

•⁠ ⁠Deep understanding of sales processes and techniques.

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

•⁠  Experience in sales retail/showroom is a must
