Senior Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for HVAC ducting products including GI ducts, pre-insulated ducts,

and HVAC accessories.

* Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, MEP companies, and project procurement teams.

* Prepare and submit technical quotations, proposals, and product specifications aligned with project requirements.

* Conduct product presentations and site visits to promote ducting solutions for commercial, industrial, and

residential projects.

* Follow up on inquiries, tenders, and ongoing projects to convert leads into confirmed orders.

* Coordinate with internal engineering and production teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely

delivery.

* Maintain updated records of customer interactions, project pipelines, and sales activities within the CRM system.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Sales, or a related discipline.

* 3–5 years of sales experience in HVAC products, ducting systems, construction materials, or MEP solutions.

* Basic technical understanding of HVAC ducting systems, air distribution components, and construction project

workflows.

* Strong communication and client relationship management skills.

* Ability to read project drawings, specifications, and tender documents is preferred.

* Results-driven mindset with strong negotiation and presentation skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools for managing sales activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼14,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
