Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Engineer to lead business development and sales activities for electrical products and EV charging solutions in UAE. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of proven sales experience in the electrical industry, with a strong professional network across developers, consultants, and contractors in UAE and other major regions.
This role requires in-depth knowledge of UAE authority regulations (SASO, SEC, municipalities), strong technical background in LV/HV electrical products and EV chargers, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth and expand market presence for EV chargers and electrical products across UAE.

Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with developers, consultants, EPC contractors, and government entities.

Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, BOQs, and manage tenders and quotations.

Ensure all products comply with SASO, SEC, and municipality regulations and approval processes in UAE.

Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and site visits to demonstrate product capabilities and secure client trust.

Coordinate directly with RFM UAE and SCAME Italy for technical clarifications, pricing, and product certifications.

Track and report on sales pipeline, opportunities, and project follow-ups using CRM tools.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets and project deadlines.

Support post-sales activities including delivery coordination, payment follow-ups, and after-sales support where required.
Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Any Arabic Nationality.

5-10 years of sales experience in electrical products / EV chargers.

Strong network with developers, consultants, and contractors in UAE.

In-depth knowledge of UAE authority standards and regulations including SASO, SEC, and municipality approval processes.

Familiarity with EV charging technology, LV/HV electrical systems, and related product specifications.

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (both written and verbal).

Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal documentation.

Must hold a valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or field-based environment.
Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: AED 10,000 - 20,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
