Position Title: Sales Executive – Used Car Showroom
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager / Showroom Manager
Location: Ras Al Khor-2 Dubai
Position Overview
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales and building long-term customer relationships at our used car showroom. This role involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable vehicles, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying process. The Sales Executive plays a key role in achieving the company’s sales objectives and maintaining a positive brand reputation.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Welcome customers to the showroom and conduct professional sales presentations.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles from available inventory.
- Conduct product demonstrations, feature explanations, and arrange test drives.
- Provide transparent information about pricing, finance, insurance, and trade-in options.
- Negotiate effectively and close sales deals in line with company policies.
Sales Administration
- Prepare and process sales contracts, invoices, and related documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer and sales data into CRM/inventory systems.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth handover of vehicles.
- Follow up with customers post-sale for feedback, referrals, and repeat business.
Showroom & Inventory Management
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of showroom inventory, specifications, and pricing.
- Monitor competitor offerings, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Ensure vehicles in the showroom are clean, presentable, and ready for display.
- Support in arranging promotional events and campaigns to boost sales.
Performance & Targets
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings through professional service.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market insights to management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in the automotive industry (used car experience highly desirable).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory for test drives and car movement).
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Customer-focused with high service orientation.
- Knowledge of car models, features, and resale values.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Multilingual ability (English required; Arabic/other languages a plus).
Working Conditions
- Showroom-based role with frequent interaction with walk-in customers.
- Requires weekend and evening availability as per showroom hours.
