Senior Sales Executive

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our Pest Control division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting our pest control services to both residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pest control industry.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by generating leads, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and prepare tailored proposals for clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–7 years of proven sales experience, preferably in pest control, facilities management, or service-related industries.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • UAE driving license (mandatory).
