Senior Sales Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive for a Vaporizer Retail Shops to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives to ensure the company’s continued success.

• Proficiency in social media marketing and Arabic is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Growth : Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
• Customer Engagement : Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and building long-term customer relationships.
• Product Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to effectively educate customers and recommend suitable solutions.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the management and sales team to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive customer experience.
• Social Media Marketing : Leverage social media platforms to promote products, engage with customers, and enhance brand visibility (candidates with prior experience will be prioritized).
• Market Analysis : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Language Proficiency : Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking customers to enhance their shopping experience and address their needs (Arabic language skills are a strong advantage).

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Senior Sales Executive, Retail Sales Associate, or similar role in the retail industry.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in social media marketing (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) is highly desirable.
• Fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage; bilingual candidates (Arabic/English) are encouraged to apply.
• High school diploma required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
