Senior Sales Executive

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and leading sales strategies to achieve organizational goals. This role requires proven expertise in sales leadership, strategic planning, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a leading sales role and hold an MBA or equivalent qualification.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Lead sales negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
• Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and market insights.
• Mentor and guide junior sales staff, promoting a high-performance sales culture.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Education: MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in sales with at least 2–3 years in a leadership/strategic role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in B2B or B2C environments.
• Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
