About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of Solar EPC solutions in the B2C segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct consumer sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers in the B2C segment for Solar EPC solutions.
• Understand customer needs, provide tailored solar energy solutions, and effectively pitch the benefits.
• Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments in coordination with the technical team.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in the solar, energy, or related sectors.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical aspects of solar solutions and explain them to non-technical customers.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on delivering results.
• Familiarity with the local market and customer base in Solapur is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• High level of integrity and customer-first approach.
