• Proven sales experience in Manpower supply sales and a track record of meeting sales targets
• Strong understanding of the manpower supply industry and its various sectors
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• 5 Year Relevant sales experience in Dubai.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
