Whom Are We Looking For?

A Senior Sales Executive candidate who will be analyzing the prospective clients and selling our products, excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts.
  • Order analysis, management, and follow-up per customer in each area/ emirate push order and organization and ability to manage products/sales returns.
  • Track competitive marketing activity, positioning and events in relevant categories in order to identify and grow new business.
  • Build and follow monthly sales in forecasts along with the Sales Manager respective to the area/ emirate and alert of any business losses.
  • Supervise and follow up invoices payment, claims, and credit notes.
  • Monthly sales report consisting of sales targets achieved sales target for the next month, sales figures in each area/ emirate, salesman wise sales and customer and country wise sales/.
  • Updating regular business and sales reports of the market in charge daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Understanding and capturing the Competitor's Pricing, Packing, Products, New Launches, and different Activities and Initiatives done by competitors.
  • Analyzing the Non-Moving Stock and accordingly plan the next steps/ strategies to be implemented for the same.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-8years of sales experience in the GCC Region.
  • Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Interactive and proactive personality and the ability to relate to buyers easily.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Educational Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration, Marketing or an equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in the FMCG field is a must.
  • Language: English fluency is a must, (Hindi, Arabic, and Russian) is a plus.
  • Computer Skills: Excellent in Excel, MS Office
  • Driving License: UAE Driving License is a must.
