We are seeking a Sales Professional (Senior Sales Executive) to drive business development across warehousing, transportation, and value-added logistics services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oman’s logistics market, experience in B2B sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers in sectors such as FMCG, retail, e-commerce, and consumer electronics.



Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in warehousing, distribution, and 3PL services within Oman and GCC.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, industry contacts, and market intelligence.
  • Prepare and present customized logistics proposals and solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to create competitive commercial offers.
  • Track opportunities through the full sales cycle from lead to contract signing.

Account Management

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and problem resolution.

Market & Financial Performance

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify potential opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
  • Support the development of marketing materials, case studies, and customer presentations.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the General Manager, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment on pricing, service capabilities, and margins.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM or reporting tools.
  • Represent Al Mana Logistics at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.



Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 6 - 9 years of B2B sales experience in logistics, warehousing, or freight forwarding (minimum 2 years in Oman preferred).
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of logistics operations, rate structures, and customer pain points.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency will be an advantage.
  • Valid Oman driving license.
