We are seeking a
Sales Professional (Senior Sales Executive)
to drive business development across warehousing, transportation, and value-added logistics services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oman’s logistics market, experience in B2B sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers in sectors such as FMCG, retail, e-commerce, and consumer electronics.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities in warehousing, distribution, and 3PL services within Oman and GCC.

Generate qualified leads through networking, industry contacts, and market intelligence.

Prepare and present customized logistics proposals and solutions to clients.

Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to create competitive commercial offers.

Track opportunities through the full sales cycle from lead to contract signing.
Account Management

Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance and identify areas for improvement.

Work with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and problem resolution.
Market & Financial Performance

Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify potential opportunities.

Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.

Support the development of marketing materials, case studies, and customer presentations.
Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with the General Manager, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment on pricing, service capabilities, and margins.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM or reporting tools.

Represent Al Mana Logistics at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

6 - 9 years of B2B sales experience in logistics, warehousing, or freight forwarding (minimum 2 years in Oman preferred).

Proven record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Good understanding of logistics operations, rate structures, and customer pain points.

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency will be an advantage.

Valid Oman driving license.
