Senior Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in fit-out and joinery works, particularly in villa renovations and commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in villa renovation and commercial fit-out projects
• Meet clients, understand their requirements, and propose suitable fit-out and joinery solutions
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate scope and pricing
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide technical inputs
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales within fit-out, joinery, or interior contracting companies
• Strong knowledge of villa renovations, commercial interiors, and custom joinery works
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to read drawings and understand basic technical specifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Sales Executive – Fit-Out & Joinery: 6 years (Preferred)
