Senior Sales Executive

Candidate must fulfil the below requirements but not limited to:

**Qatar Driving License holder

**Transferrable Visa

**A minimum of 5 years of successful sales track record in construction-related products, specializing in stainless steel fire-rated doors, fire-rated glass, louvers, and Kahramaa-compliant doors

· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media, site visit, etc.

· Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns.

· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

· Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

· Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.

· Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

· Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

· Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

· Assess and study the position of the identified prospects in the industry.

· Research different sales options and analyzing them.

· Sell the company’s products/services by expanding contacts and further forging relationships with the prospects, and achieve monthly sales target given without failure.

· Recommend solutions to any difficulties faced by the clients.

· Provide proper information, guidance, and support to the clients, therefore, enhancing relationships with the clients

· Recommend new opportunities and improvements for maximizing profits.

· Closely study the current market trends for a product and identify enhancements as well as analyse brand competitor closely.

· Work with a team, gather feedback from customers to share with the internal team and achieve the desired results.

. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

. Meet sales target pre-determined by the Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • sales experience with stainless steel fire rated doors, etc.: 3 years (Required)

Language:

  • English & Arabic (Required)
