Senior Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead business development efforts for our digital marketing services in the UAE market. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales, a proven ability to close high-value deals, and experience selling digital marketing solutions.

This role requires strategic thinking, confidence in dealing with decision-makers, and the ability to consistently achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition for digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Web and App Development, Lead Generation)
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve aggressive revenue targets
  • Identify and engage high-value prospects across the UAE market
  • Conduct professional presentations and customized solution pitches
  • Build and maintain long-term client partnerships
  • Lead complex negotiations and close high-ticket deals
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure campaign success

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of proven sales experience (Digital Marketing services preferred)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Meta & Google Ads, social media marketing, and website solutions
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience dealing with decision-makers and business owners
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting ability
  • Self-driven, strategic thinker, and results-oriented
  • UAE market experience is highly preferred
