Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to manage client interactions, drive conversions, and support business growth initiatives.

The role involves handling qualified leads, conducting structured follow-ups, explaining services to potential clients, and coordinating internally to ensure smooth onboarding. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing the complete sales cycle and maintaining professional customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales enquiries
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to drive lead conversion
  • Update and track leads in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams during client onboarding
  • Prepare and maintain sales performance reports
  • Support marketing initiatives and campaign follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or client acquisition roles
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in service-based or B2C sales preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
  • Willingness to work from the Koramangala office
