We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Sales Consultant to join our client's team in the UAE. In this role, you will be responsible to expand B2B sales across our diversified product portfolio industrial equipment’s. The role requires strong UAE market experience, technical understanding, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships across construction, industrial, logistics, and infrastructure sectors.
Duties and Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify and develop new B2B opportunities in construction, contracting, manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, and energy sectors.
Promote the complete product portfolio including power systems, material handling equipment, chemicals, and solar solutions.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, and industry connections. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Solution-Based Selling
Understand client requirements and propose integrated solutions.
Coordinate with technical and procurement teams for customized solutions. Promote OEM / ODM / Private Label supply capabilities where applicable.
Support new product introductions and brand expansion initiatives.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, procurement managers, project engineers, consultants, and facility managers.
Conduct regular site visits and follow-ups.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Ensure high client retention and repeat business.
Proposal & Commercial Handling
Prepare quotations and techno-commercial proposals. Follow up on proposals to close profitable deals.
Monitor gross margin and ensure target profitability.
Coordinate logistics for timely delivery.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track competitor pricing and market trends.
Identify new market segments and growth opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM records.
Submit weekly sales pipeline and forecast reports.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
5 years of experience in in UAE in industrial solutions
Strong Knowledge of Trading of Industrial Equipment, Construction Materials, Power Solutions, Solar & Automation
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Key Skills
Technical understanding of industrial products
Ability to read and understand basic technical specifications
Strong relationship-building capability
Customer Relations Management
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated, disciplined with follow-up rigor
Relationship-oriented rather than transactional selling mindset
Language Proficiency
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Arabic is a plus
Other Details
Preferred Joining Date: Immediate / As soon as possible
Workdays & Timing: Monday to Friday
Candidate should possess a Valid UAE driving license for this role.
Incentives/Bonus: Attractive incentive structure
Working hours : 5 days/week - 9hours/day
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
