Senior Sales Executive

Job Overview:
Dream Homes Marketing is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, and closing property deals. The role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to convert leads into successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage leads for real estate sales.
  • Conduct meetings with potential clients and present property investment opportunities.
  • Guide clients through the property buying process.
  • Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and referrals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with marketing and management teams to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of clients and deals in the CRM/ERP system.
  • Participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, and sales events when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience (Real Estate experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to close deals and achieve targets.
  • Professional appearance and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM/ERP systems will be an advantage.
