Senior Sales Executive

Position Senior Sales Executive - B2B Department Sales

Role Purpose
This role is for technically minded professionals who understand that B2B sales is
about solving problems, not just shifting products. The Senior Sales Executive will
identify new market opportunities, manage complex tender processes, and build a
pipeline of sustainable, high-value partnerships within the industrial and commercial
sectors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
General  Research and identify potential B2B clients across relevant industries to build
a robust sales pipeline.
 Execute outbound strategies, including cold calling, networking, and attending
industry trade shows in Bahrain and the GCC region.
 Monitor market pricing and competitor agency offerings to ensure the firm
remains the partner of choice.
 Proactively identify gaps in the sales pipeline and initiate recovery strategies
to ensure targets are consistently met.
 Analyze client requirements and provide technical recommendations from the
product portfolio to optimize their operations.
 Lead the preparation of technical and commercial bids, ensuring all
specifications and compliance requirements are met.
 Manage end-to-end negotiations, credit terms, and delivery schedules to
ensure win-win outcomes.
 Present technical proposals during formal tenders, confidently addressing
technical and commercial queries.
 Ensure a seamless transition from closed-won to delivery by maintaining
communication until the client confirms successful implementation.
 Build solid relationships with industry partners, suppliers, vendors, and
professional associations to enhance reputation and understand client needs.
 Maintain precise records of all client interactions and sales forecasts within
the company CRM to provide management with accurate revenue projections.
 Act as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of B2B accounts,
ensuring maximum satisfaction and high retention rates.
 Perform regular site visits and office meetings across the country to maintain
and strengthen relationships with key clients.
 Maintain timely updates in the CRM regarding client visits, calls, and lead
status.
 Submit regular summaries of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), pipeline status,
potential forecasts, and lost leads.
 Approach sales targets with a focus on margin protection, ensuring required
sales volume is achieved.
 Present a formal monthly report covering revenue against target, conversion
rates, and current market analysis.
 Provide data projections for the upcoming quarter to assist with inventory and
cash-flow planning.

BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications  Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
 Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably
within industrial trading or B2B sectors.
 Proven sales track record, preferably within the GCC region.
 Valid Bahraini driver's license is highly preferred.
 Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English (Arabic language
skills are a plus).
Skills  Proficiency in reading architectural blueprints and AutoCAD.
 Familiarity with fabrication machinery and stone installation techniques.
 Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
 Proactive mindset with a self-starter attitude.
 Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and present complex product
solutions.
 Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems.
 Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for client-facing interactions.
 Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining CRM
accuracy and reporting.
