This position is part of our core sales organization, renowned as the "Alibaba Iron Army." We are seeking a professional who excels not only in sales execution but also in training and empowerment. You will deliver consultative services, providing integrated cross-border trade solutions that help clients expand globally and grow their business, while simultaneously contributing to the development of our team and platform ecosystem.

Client Acquisition & Sales: Drive new business by prospecting through cold calls, field visits, and platform-generated leads. Expertly match client needs with Alibaba.com's suite of services, including memberships, advertising solutions, cross-border logistics, and financial services to achieve and exceed sales targets for new signings, renewals, and account growth.

· Training & Enablement: Design and deliver targeted training programs for clients and internal teams. Topics include platform operation, product promotion, sales conversion, and team management, aimed at enhancing client success and team effectiveness.

· Event Planning & Execution: Organize and host online and offline client events such as meet-ups, industry seminars, and cross-border e-commerce workshops. These events serve to communicate platform value, share industry insights, and generate new business opportunities.

· Account Management & Retention: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely support and resolving operational issues. Conduct regular business reviews to analyze performance data and optimize service strategies, thereby ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.

· Market & Data Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback. Synthesize findings into analytical reports to inform product development and sales strategy optimization.

· Bachelor's degree or above. A degree in International Trade, Marketing, Business English, or a related field is preferred.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce or foreign trade sales. Prior experience with Alibaba.com is a significant advantage.

· Proven track record in both sales and training, with the ability to independently manage the full sales cycle and develop/deliver effective training modules.

· In-depth understanding of B2B e-commerce and Alibaba.com's product ecosystem (e.g., store operation, advertising, logistics). Strong analytical, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.

· Experience in planning and executing offline events (seminars, workshops) with excellent organizational and client communication abilities.

· Resilient under pressure, adaptable to travel, and a strong team player with a high sense of responsibility.

· Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) for business communication and documentation.
