1. JOB PURPOSE:
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, including re-engaging inactive customers, identify new sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, achieve revenue targets, and expand market presence through client visits and digital engagement. (Retention)
2. KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Client Relationship:
- Establish strong relationships with corporate clients by promoting company’s stationery products through digital platforms, random visits and networking activities to ensure brand visibility and improved market share.
- Drive the maximum possible volume of cold calls to generate new sales opportunities.
- Sales Opportunity: Identify and develop new business opportunities to broaden the customer portfolio and maintain a continuous stream of potential revenue.
- Contract Negotiation & Closing: Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines, and close profitable deals to secure contracts that meet profit margins and contribute to business growth.
- Revenue Target: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective planning strategic execution, and consistent follow-up.
- Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborates with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery and accurate fulfilment of client requirements, reducing complaints and returns.
3. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing and sales from reputed university
- · Must have 2-3 years of experience preferably in sales, marketing and customer service
- · Must have own conveyance
