Senior Sales Executive – Commercial Refrigeration (Supermarket Segment)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to strengthen our UAE and GCC sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems, experience with key accounts in the supermarket sector, and the technical ability to understand project drawings and specifications (AutoCAD knowledge preferred).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with key accounts, including leading supermarket chains, contractors, and consultants.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the GCC region.

Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the engineering team.

Interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical layouts for refrigeration systems and cold rooms.

Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and technical discussions.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and project handover.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with installation, service and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or related technical field.

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in sales within the commercial refrigeration / HVAC / supermarket equipment sector.

Proven track record of managing large-scale retail or supermarket projects.

Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, cold rooms, and display cabinets.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and CRM tools.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
