about the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist (E-commerce) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the e-commerce sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets (USD 5K–15K monthly).

  • Identify, approach, and close new clients for e-commerce services and solutions.

  • Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize customer experience and sales performance.

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in e-commerce or digital sales.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.

  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
