Senior Sales Executive – ELV & ICT

Location: Doha, Qatar
Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Salary: Up to QAR 15,000 (All Inclusive, based on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive – ELV & ICT to join our client in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales for Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and ICT solutions across Qatar.

The role requires strong knowledge of the Qatar market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver customized solutions to clients in the construction, government, and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for ELV and ICT solutions across Qatar.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, new projects, and expansion opportunities.
  • Promote and sell ELV systems, including:
  • CCTV Systems
  • Access Control Systems
  • Fire Alarm Systems
  • Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Public Address (PA) Systems
  • IT Infrastructure & related solutions
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing contracts.
  • Understand client requirements and propose technically suitable solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to develop customized solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and company objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in Qatar.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in ELV / CCTV / ICT sales.
  • Strong network within Qatar’s construction, government, and B2B sectors.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and propose solutions.
  • Good knowledge of the Qatar market and industry regulations.
  • Experience working with consultants, contractors, and project-based sales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in ELV system sales such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, or Networking solutions.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.

Additional Requirements

  • Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
