Job Summary:

The senior sales executive will be responsible for driving sales and business development for the company's LED lighting products. This role involves identifying potential clients, building relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the LED lighting industry, a proven sales track record, and the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the LED lighting market.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by offering solutions tailored to clients' needs.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable LED lighting solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's LED lighting products.
  • Keep up with the latest industry trends, including new product developments and technological advancements.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide market feedback and customer insights.
  • Negotiation and Closing Sales:
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Close sales deals and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Forecasting:
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare sales reports for management.
  • Track sales targets and prepare forecasts to ensure consistent pipeline management.
  • Use CRM tools to manage and document client interactions and sales activities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, specifically in the LED lighting industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Good knowledge of LED lighting products and applications.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in handling large-scale projects involving LED lighting installations.
  • Familiarity with electrical and lighting standards in the region.
  • Strong network of contacts within the lighting or construction industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
