The Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Senior Sales Executive to join our Ocean & Air Freight division. This is not a farming role — we want a hunter who thrives on chasing new opportunities, breaking into accounts, and closing big deals.

You’ll leverage our best-in-class platform, global network, and full-service logistics capabilities to open new doors and build lasting client partnerships. Supported by a strong internal operations, pricing, and key accounts team, you’ll have everything you need to focus on one thing: winning new business and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Your Territory: Prospect, target, and close new customers for Ocean and Air Freight services.
  • Hunt Relentlessly: Identify and pursue high-value opportunities using market intelligence, referrals, and cold outreach.
  • Sell Solutions, Not Just Rates: Present tailored logistics solutions that solve customer pain points and create measurable value.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Develop strong rapport with decision-makers and establish yourself as a trusted logistics partner.
  • Drive the Pipeline: Maintain a full and accurate sales funnel using CRM tools, with regular forecasting and reporting.
  • Beat the Competition: Stay sharp on market trends and competitor activity to position our services ahead of the pack.
  • Crush Your Targets: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals — consistently.

What You Bring

  • Proven success in ocean and/or air freight sales — you’ve been there, done that, and closed deals.
  • A true hunter mentality — fearless in prospecting and passionate about winning.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to influence and close at all levels.
  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills with relentless attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Self-motivated, performance-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
  • Multilingual skills a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
