Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Tezpur, Assam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building materials sales, a solid network of industry contacts, and a proven ability to develop new business across the Northeast region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sales through engagement with Architects, Builders, Interior Designers, Contractors, and Dealers
• Build and manage a dealer/distributor network in and around Tezpur and nearby territories
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities in private and government construction projects
• Conduct territory mapping by customer segment, application type, and business potential
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Maintain relationships and generate repeat business from existing clients

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the Building Materials / Construction / Real Estate sector
• Existing relationships with channel partners, architects, contractors, and project developers
• Skilled in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable with regular travel within assigned territory
